Earning our stripes.
It’s just about impossible to get a decent headshot of someone who’s not comfortable. Part of our success in creating gorgeous headshots is knowing how to make our clients comfortable, and even getting them to have fun. Our project for South Jersey Radiology definitely put those skills to the test. We were brought in on SJRA’s website redesign by the fabulous Rita Christensen of IColor Studio, to create headshots for their 50 doctors and another 12 office managers. The truth is that almost every doctor who walked into our studio for that session made it clear they didn’t want to be there. So it was particularly rewarding to see how relaxed and comfortable they became once we got working with them. The best part was how many of them actually commended us on the way out, and thanked us for making the process easy. It was a team effort...with our invaluable Associate Photographer Catherine, and our magical makeup artist Randi, plus it really helped to be joined by Rita, who brought out her stand-up comedy skills, yup, to keep things light. The end result, we think, is stunning. Here’s a look at some of them.
